Abstract EN

The thesis begins with a preface contains the determing the most important terms used in this thesis the context .

I offered the general meaning which is related to the language and others .

Then I offered the special meaning associated with the language only.

In the beginning of the thesis, I mentioned, generally, the importance of context’s consideration in linguistics' analysis.

My main point in this thesis is to make reference to that the nonattendance of context about the syntactical analysis may lead to : Confusion of the syntactical rules.

.a Deprivation of comprehension of syntactical , rhetorical guiding .b mentally, and the language will reach a stage of chaos .

Disconnection of context’s joints .

.c Falling down in doctrinal deadlock at the time when dealing with .d verses of the Holy Koran and Prophetic Tradition .

On the basis of what I offered before , I stated thescientific rules which we must follow at the laying down the syntactical rules.
