This Study has dealt with the Positions of deleting the definite article " the ".
It was found necessary omitted in the word majesty (Alah) unless it is Preceded by the Preposition, in the non- definite noun functionary as definite, in both word and in other Positions in Arabic.
On the other hand, it can be unnecessary deleted when occurring in Vocative case, and in writing, but it study in Speech.
