The rights to guaranty and after-sale service are considered as the most rights of the consumer that organised by the Law 09-03 concerning the protection of consumer and the suppression of fraud.
These two rights aim to allow the consumer to have a his product compatible to what he agreed for in the contract and the applicable regulatory texts, and also to be Free of defects which may deprive him to use it as he intended, and in the other hand they aim also to protect the material and economic interests of the consumer.
However we see in the pratical reality in Algeria, the majority of the participants do not respect them due to absence of the control in this field, and also the absence of consumer legal consumption Culture that permets him to know his rights And claim them in ways that are legally authorized by the law.
