The study aimed to recognize the Crises Management Concept, its stages, characteristics, causes, types and strategies, monitoring the crises that schools were exposed to following the 25 January revolution, highlighting the most important behavioral practices of the secondary schools managers in dealing with emerged crises following the 25 January revolution and the ways to overcome them, and reaching a suggestions to activate the secondary schools managers performance as well as the responsible of the Crisis Management Unit when dealing with crises.
