Abstract EN

The research aims to diagnose the effects of PTSD among the sons and brothers of the martyrs of the War of 2014, and detection of different symptoms of the disorder in the sex variable (male-female).The sample age ranged between (12-15), from Gaza province, the study sample is (102), 58 males and 44 females.

The researcher adopted the tools of the symptoms of PTSD scale prepared by the researcher.

The results found the presence of symptoms of PTSD among the target group came to the following order in terms of sharpness (social participation, symptoms of physical, replies emotional and reaction, avoid events, hyperactivity and life skills, re traumatic events and their impact).As the results shown there are substantial differences between males and females in the traumatic experiences of the dimensions of the scale in favor of males.
