The present study aimed to identify the type of leadership for managers of public schools basic stage in the Gaza Strip and its role in dealing with the school crises , and in the light of this study questions can be formulated as follows: What theoretical frameworks for educational leadership ? What is the reality of basic education and government management of crises faced by the Gaza Strip? What is the reality Leadership style to the basic principals of government schools in the Gaza Strip ? What the means to improve the pattern of leadership for managers elementary schools in the Gaza Strip ? Follow the researcher in this study descriptive method which tries from which describe the phenomenon under study.

was also used to identify the type of leadership for school administrators in dealing with crises school prepared by the researcher.

Steps of the study: Steps study will go as follows: The first step: Include the general framework for the presentation of the study, where provided, and the problem of the study and its questions, and its importance, and its goals, and its borders, and its approach and terms Ha, The steps study, and previous studies.

The second step: Identify the crises and their characteristics, and steps to deal with the school crisis in the Gaza Strip, to get to the shortcomings and weaknesses of this type of education.

The third step: Disclose the reality of leadership styles of the managers of government basic schools strip in dealing with the crisis and is done through the field study.

The fourth step: Make proposals to improve the type of leadership for managers of public schools basic stage in the Gaza Strip in dealing with the school crises.
