The study aimed to determine the contribution of educational qualification program is to improve the performance of teachers is obtaining the educational qualification from their point of view and to achieve this goal, the researcher built a questionnaire composed of 41 items distributed on four areas: classroom management and the maintenance of order, and teaching, guidance and counseling, and to improve performance .It was verified of the questionnaire By presented it on the arbitrators of faculty members, and the stability of the tool to find reliability coefficient according to internal consistency equation (Cronbach - alpha) reaching internal consistency coefficient (0.95) and data analysis were used averages, standard deviations, and analysis of simple regression and (T) test And analysis of variance.

The study population consisted of 412 male and female teachers, and the appointed male and female teachers (103) teachers and representing a rate (25%) of the study population and the study found the following results: Educational rehabilitation program that contribute to the improvement of teachers' performance is obtaining the educational qualification from their point of view came moderately.

There are no statistically significant differences depending on the variables of the study in terms of gender variable, and there are no statistically significant differences depending on the variable educational experience, and there are significant differences depending on the variable phase of study for the benefit of teachers who work in the preparatory stage and the primary for the field of teaching, and there are no differences statistically significant variable depending on the stage of study for teachers who work in high school and the Office of the ministry for the area of classroom management and the maintenance of order, and the field of guidance and counseling.

In the light of the results of the study, the researcher recommends the following: modifying the educational qualification of teachers without access to qualified educational program by identifying groups of (terms of reference in grades one) each separately.

And focus on the practical side.
