The research aims to identify the role of the Palestinian educational system in the reform of values as seen universities of Gaza Strip students, statistical differences between the averages of the study sample estimates attributable to the variables (sex, level, college), it has been using descriptive and analytical approach, as used through a questionnaire composed of 60 items distributed on three axes: (the role of a member of the university faculty in promoting the values of authority, the role of the college curriculum, university climate) role, the study sample consisted of (864) of the students were chosen at random from the Palestinian university students (Islamic , Al-Azhar, AL Aqsua) in the Gaza Strip.

The study found that the role of the Palestinian educational system in the reform of values as seen by the students of universities in the Gaza Strip came a relative weight (62.938), a degree (medium).

The order of axes role of the Palestinian educational system in promoting the values were as follows (the role of a member of the university faculty 67.426%, the role of the college curriculum 61.413%, university climate role 59.974%, which is a medium degree.

The findings revealed that there were no statistically significant differences at (α≤0.05) in the role of the Palestinian educational system in the promotion of values as seen by the Gaza Strip universities due to the variable sex students, the school level; while there are differences due to the variable College (scientific, literary) in favor of students scientific colleges.

In light of the results the researchers recommended several recommendations, including: the promotion of the educational system to disseminate and promote the values between faculty members and students, activating the role of the university curriculum, and climate university contents linked to values, enhance the quality of campus life, student services to provide a climate and environment appropriate to respect values.
