Abstract EN

The Study aimed at assessing training in a "Wa'ed" program for training of trainers according to "Kirkpatrick" model at the Deanship of community service and continuing education at the University of Hail.

The Study also aimed at identifying the most important knowledge and skills trainees acquired from training.

The population of the Study consisted of all (42) trainees who were intentionality chosen.

To achieve the objectives of the Study a ques- tionnaire was developed.

The questionnaire consisted of 32 items distributed over four areas which are: trainers' efficiency, training material (bag), tmining program organizing committee, the training environment, in addition to (3) open queQions.

The Study conducted the descriptive analytical approach and the personal interview with the trainees.

The results of the Study showed that the average trainee responses on the areas ofthe scale as a whole was high according Statistical mea- sures adopted with a mean of (4.05).

Trainees' efficiency achieved the highest average of (4.6) followed by the training material with a mean of (4.12), then the training program organizing committee with an average of (4.07), and finally the field of the training environment with an average (3.36).

The Study also found out that there were no Statistically significant differences at the level of the full signifi cance (a = 0.05), due to the sex variable of trainees in the combined areas except trainees' adequacy which came in favor of trainees.

The Study ended with a group of suggestions and recommendations.
