Abstract EN

The educational system in any society is considered the main tool to maintain the value and skills of its individuals and creates many trends that suit the spirit of the era and suit the plans and trends of the sociey towards progress and developments.

True upbringing is the upbringing that aims to invest the individuals to help in the production , peace, soial security and citizenship among the people of the society Upbringing is a complex process and a shared responsibility that lies on the family, school, university, religous institutions and the media in all its shapes.

To achieve this national and ethical responsibility in building the balanced character of the individual, we should adopt a clear plan that determines its role in this process.

In addition to all that ,the goal of the educational process is to contribute in building the human character and determines its cultural identity through its social upraising especially what is implanted in childhood of values , trends and: and bevaviour.

Its importance also lies in that the goal of upbringing is headed towards balanced building of the in dividual in his society that enables him of using his knowledge in confronting the up-to-date information and life and the positive adjustment and grasp its environment and contribute in its protection in a scientific way.

Although many attempts and efforts have been made in trying to protect the community from radicalism and terrorism phenomena through security solutions and making legistlations but -in my opinion-the solution lies in building the human being in a good way and raising him in a rightous community.: In a proper way through his mingling with the community.

The educational system in all its forms-formal and informal-can help alot in achieving the aim especially after this revolution as a result of the vsriety of communications and the easiness of using them and the variety of information that presents.

The aim of this study is 1- determining the right educational basis to prevent intellectual and social diseases.

2-an attempt to draw an educational strategy in confronting radicalism and intellectual sabotage.: And many researchers confirm that good upbringing has an important role which exceeds making laws and security that is because upbringing is the reason of making the personality and behaviour to be good citizens and changes their attitudes and behaviour to follow the law and accept its instructions.

The actual crisis of what we are suffering of and the growing risk of terrorism and radicalism is basically upbringing crisis which aims to train the individual psychologically and socailly to do his role.
