The means of protection intended to providebetter conditions for contractingfrom the point of view of the consumer, particularly in some types of contractsconcludedhastily and without careful consideration, may not besufficientbecause of the need for the good or because of the persuasive and promotional capabilities of the producer or seller; That they control the psyche of the consumer and push him to contract in many cases wherehedoes not intendbasically to conclude the deal, or does not need the goodsthathebuys The consumer oftenfinds out toolatethat the terms of his contract do not suit him.
