The sustaining Advancement is a concept that can be complicated, and it is one of the problematic and main concepts which are hard to apply in human life, because it faced and actually faces big challenges in all fields especially the economic, the social and the environmental one which is due to what is happening in the world as dirty attitudes and dangerous works in most countries, and thus, this makes its application of their meanings just an allusion ; however ; it brings its meaning and concept from the surroundings environment .So, when the environment is caracterized by culture, human values, the original background, and the strategies of environmental protection and the practice on it by sustaining supporting.

It will be more valuable and as a result, it supports this concept politically in the correct Advancement from the environmental side.

Thus, this appears the relationship between the environment and development in order to achieve a sustaining Advancement which can be progressive.
