The tragedies that were the largest of the states of the world defended to stand as one man in the face of the danger of the production and use of nuclear weapons, and follow by an integrated system of international legislation which prohibit and criminalize this type of weapons, especially after the events of the US attack on Hiroshima and nagazaki, is the same motivation in the political field, which found the excuse of searching for the possession of such weapons, especially in light of the predominance of forcing most of the major states the owner of this weapon whereby it became its hegemony over the rest of the world.
