Abstract EN

This study aims at showing the role of the technique of (swot) and its contribution in forming the strategy that realizes coping in its four regions, this can be by reinvesting/using the opportunities chances and avoiding the possible threats in the environment surrounding sides; in addition to supporting the strong points and limiting the weak parts in the internal field, this is being applied at the level of the Algerian medium enterprise (SERSOU) in Ghardaia.

hence the application of the model is proved To provides a clear sight on the enterprise's situation and this lead to more focus in the principle matters to have a final report in order to identify’ the main problem of the enterprise..
