Abstract EN

The Maghreb region faces major challenges that have made the Maghreb integration an urgent necessity to face the growing security threats, especially after the movement witnessed in the Arab region in 2011, resulting in security disturbances and political crises affecting the stability and security of the Arab countries including the Arab Maghreb countries.

Algeria as a key country in the region adopted a unified approach to solve all crises; it’s based on political dialogue and rejection of foreign intervention.

On the other hand his approach to combating terrorism and organized crime is based on refusing negotiation with terrorist groups, criminalizing the payment of ransom, and coordinating security in the region and around the world to eliminate the international terrorist organizations and organized crime network.
