Blogging is considered as a type of free and personal writing that gained attraction due to its breakdown from traditional forms of journalistic or literary writing.
Therefore, the main problem of blogging is not whether to regard it as a profession or a craft, rather, it resides in the credibility and reliability of information provided in blogging and therefore playing an effective role as an alternative or additional source of information and knowledge available to a wide range of internet users.
On this light, this study seeks to identify the technological standards and ethical rules that lend credibility to the news and information on the blogs.

Le Blogging est un style d’écriture libre et personnel qui gagne leur attraction principalement à la suite de la libération de stéréotypes traditionnels de la presse ou de l'écriture littéraire, et donc la problématique fondamentale posé par le phénomène des blogs ne réside pas dans le fait de considérer le blogging une profession ou un travail artisanal, mais dans la fiabilité et la crédibilité des informations fournies par les blogs, ce qui leur confie un rôle actif et peut-être alternatif ou supplémentaire d'information et de connaissances disponibles pour une large audience d'internautes.
Donc, nous allons essayer à travers cette étude d’identifier les critères technologiques et éthiques qui donnent la crédibilité aux blogs.
