The oil crises are a major source of concern for many oil-exporting countries, including Algeria, which are trying to avoid them because they rely heavily on oil revenues to finance their public budgets.

The fall in oil prices inevitably leads to economic instability in these countries.

Lately, the rationalization of spending is a necessity because of fluctuations in international oil markets since the end of 2014.
