This study aims to study the evaluation of Algeria's strategy in financing and guaranteeing loans for small and medium enterprises, using the descriptive and analytical methods, based on the reports issued by the Ministry of Industry concerning the kind of institutions that represent the main engine of economic development.

Small and medium-sized enterprises are an important factor in the development of Algeria, a way to diversify the national economy, encourage exports, create jobs and reduce unemployment.

Algeria has made tremendous efforts to develop and promote small and medium enterprises through legislation and The problem of financing remains at the forefront of the problems facing the growth and development of this type of economic institutions.
