English Abstract

The Tourism sector is considered as a very important sector who play an effective role in the economies of a lot of countries in the local, regional and international field, is considered also an industry especially in one who called the cultural tourism.

Algeria has a great diversity and richess in the material and immaterial heritage but unfortunately the touristic possibilities can`t achieve the real objectives in this sector as an example for this study we choose the historical monument called DAR EL SHIKH EL HADI at Biskra who considered as an importance for our identity but it suffering of the ignorance of the authorities conserned.
