Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the social, familial, psychological, and work problems facing women police in addition to identifying the most common of these problems.

To achieve the objectives of this research, a questionnaire was prepared.

The statistical properties of the questionnaire including validity and consistency were derived.

For data collection, a simple random sample of 250 women police offcers from the Emirate of Sharjah was selected.

The current study showed that there are no social, psychological and work problems among the WPW sample.

However, family problems were found to be higher than other problems.

Finally, the study made some recommendations and suggestions in the regard.
