The current study aims to detect the psychometric properties and the Confirmatory Factor Analysis of Quality of work life.

To achieve its objectives, the researchers applied the scale to a sample of (148) professors in secondary school in Mostaganem city, The results of the study showed that the scale has high psychometric properties, goodness of fit indicators conforme the model fit with data derived from the study sample, Where the values of the indicators of conformity were within the ideal range and most of them were high.
