Abstract EN

The building of a bloc at the regional level requires the building of a modern state (law’s state and state of citizenship), and thus constitutes a criterion for its actualization.

However, the embodiment process in this context is always subject to a range of influences by facts virtue that the state is structurally within the range framework of interactions imposed by the transformations status.

This modern state building is never really isolated from regional transformations, so we see this act by the interactions series that govern structurally various formats including the state.

The Arabic spring revolutions are the result of internal and external factors, which had a role or influence on the state structure in the Arabic region without exception, which led to the fall of some Arabic regimes, so it had a role in bringing political change in the region which affects regional conglomerates.
