Abstract EN

The present study aims at revealing the nature of the relationship between the surrounding cultural and the leadership method from the point of view of users in Algerian institutions, a field study in the Wilaya of Adrar on a sample of (50) users of the total community consisting of 125 users, hi order to collect the data, the cultural environment scale and the leadership method scale were used from the point of view of users by the researchers.

After the statistical processing, the study yielded the following results: 10.

The leadership approach from the perspective of the users of the wilaya of Adrar is of a high standard.

The surrounding cultural has a high level within users in the wilaya of Adrar.

There is no correlation between the cultural environment and the leadership method from the point of view of users in the wilaya of Adrar.
