Abstract EN

Taha Abdurrahman,in his project "jurisprudence philosophy"(Fik’h Alfalssafa), was interested in the question of the philosophical concept in an attempt to lay the ground for the conceptual specificity, and to reveal the elements of the intellectual subordination to the other, which caused a philosophical and an intellectual paralysis that prevent us from reaching the level of philosophizing , and found that the approach that may provide the philosopher with enough room to highlight his own specificities and privacy is the etymological approach that is mainly based on the Islamic Arab usage(pragmatic) field.

For that reason his call to trace the etymology of modernist readings of Qur'anic text (humanization, historic, rationality) was a call to establish an Islamic Arab concept based on a special indicative dimension that go hand in hand with our own usage, simultaneously, he offers a criticism of the absolute adoptions in its Western edition basically designed to deal with Christian religious texts, according to certain contexts.
