Abstract EN

This study aimed to recognize the role that the school plays in developing the creativity for computer teachers in the directorates of Mafraq city from their point of view.

The researcher used the descriptive method survey due to its appropriateness to the purposes of the study.

The sample included 71 female teachers and 56 male teachers.

In order to achieve the goals of this study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire with 27 articles.

The present study shows that the role that the school administration plays in developing the creativity for computer teachers at the directorates of Mafraq city from their point of view is medium.

The study also shows that there are statistically significant differences in the school's role related to the variable of gender (which was in favor of females), as well as other differences related to the variable of experience.

The study also shows that there are no differences when it comes to the scientific qualification as well as the directorate variables.
