The intent of the study is an attempt to understand the objective context of the decimal guarantee ordered vis a vis architects and entrepreneurs to the benefit of employers in relation with construction contracts .

This emphasis on the need for a construction contract to reflect some actions taken such as demolition because important damage can occur and be seen on these constructions conducting to derious gravity.
