Abstract EN

Despite the importance that characterizes the voluntary social work and its role in society’s development of individuals, there is still a challenge in practicing it by a society, in spite of the abilities and capabilities that the youth own and enjoy the urgent need of the society for such efforts and capabilities.

This attitude was the drive to raise the question regarding the cause that lead the youth to volunteer, and aras that they wish to participate in it, also the challenges of the youth from performing in voluntary social work, which is the core of study.
