Abstract EN

The Algerian plastic field is rich by its multiples technical mediums, and the artist vision, also by his personal choices in chromatic ranges, thus, his plastic references in which he was formed.

In this way, the plastic identity refers to the place geography and its value components (like the historical composition, civic, religious, aesthetic and cultural one...), which embraced the visual memory of this artist, in different anthropological contexts and who from there, started to create his plastic topics.

As stated above, the present study seeks to put forward the approach of plastic identity and its artistic , through works of the Algerian artist Adel Djilali.

is plastic technician, recommended, in most of his works, an artistic and aesthetic work, based on the local visual signs, including his technical amendments and digital which refer to Western painting.

Consequently, the present paper shed light on certain cultural elements, which founded the genealogy of the plastic text in its artistic spaces, and in its Western or local compositions.

In addition, we also focus on the aesthetic problem into which the artist was integrated during his artistic course, as visual and aesthetic receiver of the plastic phenome.
