Algerian French textbook of the 5th primary year (edition of 2010) presents literary texts didactized for teaching FLE (French as a foreign language).
We noticed that didactization, to ensure simplification/facilitation, stripped the authentic text of its literary attributes (poetry, narrative) frame.
The desired objective, which aim is to have the learner practice the normalized language in one (or more) of its concocted forms, was thus launched but remained stand-still.
The case raised a set of questions: what is the purpose from didactizing the literary text? To what extent did learning gaps alter ditactizing? How to preserve the essential principles of literary value of the authentic text while making it simple? That is why we deemed that a critical analysis of one of these texts, in this case the tale of «La Chèvre de Mr.
Seguin» of Alphonse Daudet, would highlight the lacunae of didactization performed on the basis of extraction, contraction /reformulation and substitution.
The fact will lead to a remediation/ re-didactization during which the literal features of the text would be restored

Le manuel algérien de français de 5ème année primaire (version 2010) présente des textes littéraires didactisés en vue de l’enseignement du FLE.
Nous y avons constaté que la didactisation, dans un souci de simplification/facilitation, a réduit le texte authentique de ses attributs littéraires (poésie et trame narrative).
L’objectif recherché, qui vise à initier l’apprenant à la pratique de la langue normée dans une (ou plusieurs) de ses formes réalisées, se trouve ainsi entamé et non atteint.
Cette situation a suscité un certain nombre de question : pourquoi didactiser le texte littéraire ? Quelles imperfections ont marqué la didactisation ? Comment conserver les éléments de littérarité essentiels du texte authentique tout en le simplifiant ? C’est pourquoi, nous avons pensé qu’une analyse critique de l’un de ces textes, en l’occurrence le conte de La Chèvre de M.
Seguin d’Alphonse Daudet, mettrait en évidence les points défectueux de la didactisation effectuée sur la base de l’extraction, la contraction/ reformulation et la substitution.
Cela nous conduira à une remédiation/re-didactisation au cours de laquelle les traits de littérarité du texte seraient rétablis
