Abstract EN

This study deals with the subject of the work of tires in the municipality, as a public service institution, and based on the inevitability of work as a central value, to activate the role of these institutions and organizations and the development of the total society.

A human resource saturated with business values is the basis for achieving this goal, namely tires as a professional category, which occupies a fundamental organizational position.

Based on the theory of the central nucleus, our study relied on identifying and defining the features that shape and frame these representations, their social and cultural background, the meanings produced by the frames on the subject of work, their definition of work, and what are their determinants.
