Abstract EN

This study aimed to show the impactof banking services improving the customers satisfaction of Algerian commercial banks, For this reason the study adopted the descriptive analytical method using the questionnaire tool to collect the primary data from a sample that consists of some customers of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural development “BADR811 El-Taref’, The results of the field study confirmed the principal hypothesis of the research indicated that: “there is a positive effect of banking services quality in the customers satisfaction of the Bank of Agriculture and Rural development (BADR)”.
