The current study aimed to exploit the remnants of shrimp crusted in extracting dye astaxanthin, the following results were obtained:Peel shrimp contained on the proportion of moisture and protein and fat and ashes of 1.29 , 1.83 , 18.56 , 77.82 , respectively .The Concluded dye astaxanthin estimated effectiveness to choose the best among the solvents used in the study solvent and mixtures of four different transactions fresh, dried, boiled , frozen , gave hexane less content and effectiveness of all transactions and Nilai was fresh husks 60.71 µg/g and 45.92 % for both , followed by a mixture isopropanol: ether and hexane:acetone, The highest water extraction of the pigment was 90 % acetone 79.61µg/g and 98.26 % for the effectiveness of the antioxidant content while converged values and effectiveness of transactions other solvent acetone 90 %.

The effectiveness of anti-oxidation after 24 hours of adness was estimated and it was found to be proportional with the increasing of the concentration of astaxanthin which ranged from 83.47 - 98.7% of 2-20 mg/ml, respectively, at the highest concentration which was higher than, in their effectiveness, the standard astaxanthin and BHT samples and α- tocopherol, which were to 93.76%, 96.75% and 94.50%, respectively, at the highest concentration.The antioxidant effectiveness of astaxanthin tincture, morally, exceeded the effectiveness of the industrial antioxidants BHT and α-tocopherol during the weekly follow-up for three months.

During the storage period, from the first week of the three months, it showed persistence which ranged as 80.83 - 96.57% at a concentration of 20 mg/ml, while BHT and α-tocopherol effectiveness were ranged as 73.44% - 95.31% and 49.44% - 93.42% at the same concentration and period.
