Abstract EN

This paper studies proving a person’s age by means of practical evidence as a condition for being assigned, and getting one’s rights and performing the legal duties.

It also examines the problems and the practical evidence of age proof, including adulthood, writing and medical experience.

The study concludes with some findings and recommendations to deal with the problems of age proof, specifically in Yemen, where most Yemenis do not have ID cards, where their age is provided.
