The International Criminal Court is a permanent and independent international court that completes the national court.

It is established to investigate, prosecute and try individuals accused of committing the most serious crimes of concern to the international community, namely the crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity, war crimes, and the crime of aggression.

Consequently, the question that arises is: Would it be possible to send back the Coalition Forces deemed responsible for international war that had been committed in Iraq after the 2003 War, to be judged in Iraq courts
