This research deals with transnational organized crime, as one of the newest and most dangerous global crimes, highlighting the importance of international cooperation to combat it by handing the person who committed the crime to the state asking for him/her to take over the trial or The implementation of the decision of the courts and ensure that there is no impunity.

Perhaps the most important Convention that includes the delivery as a means to counter transnational organized crime is Convention against Transnational Organized Crime, known as Palermo Convention of 2000, which provides for the rules of the delivery in Article 16.
