Abstract EN

Judicial control is considered as the most important form of control on administration acts.

Justice is among the most capable devices to preserve the principle of legality and defending individual rights and freedoms.

This can be realized if important guarantees are available which insure its independent functioning in order to attain its absolute neutrality.

Consequently, Justice can accomplish the control which is not absolute but it is limited because of some surrounding circumstances of the administrative acts or when the administration starts acting.

There are also some acts which are excluded from this control vu its nature
