This study aimed to reveal the differential Item functioning for (TONI-4) Test in Accordance to: Gender, Family income, and Mother Educational.
To achieve the objectives of the study (TONI-4) Test was applied on Random sample (414( students from the seventh grade classes in the academic year 2015/2016.
The responses were corrected and Differential Item Functioning was investigated by Mantel-Haenszel method (MH) in SPSS.
The results showed: Gender Related DIF In favor of males in items (40,44), Family income Related DIF In favor of high-income in items (44,47),and Mother Educational Related DIF in items (17,37,47,56,58) four of them In favor of high level education
