Abstract EN

The objective of This article Is to study the Relationship between variables, demographic and burnout of civil protection officers through a Field study of the main unit of civil protection intervention (Skikda), based on the Maslash scale distributed to 50 officers.

After analysis, That there is no statistically significant relationship between the, burn out of officers, sex, age, seniority in work and rotation system, and because of the failure to achieve partial hypotheses, from which we conclude that demographic variables do not affect the incidence of psychological combustion
