In This article we Will try to identify the factors behind the youth committing some irregularities that put them in the category of outlaws of the Law and society, to touch the citizen of This disease and propose appropriate solutions to eliminate or reduce this phenomenon, and thus provide the most important strategies to ensure young people and ways to protect them and treatment of the phenomenon of deviation.
