Abstract EN

The present study aimed to reveal the role of volunteerism in the qualities of leadership at the university youth development, and provide a suggested to activate the practice of university students for volunteer work for the development of leadership qualities they have, has taken a descriptive approach, and found the following results : -the importance of youth participation in voluntary work.

-already Islamic education to call for the practice of voluntary work and taking care of him.

-the need to spread the culture of voluntary work within the academic community.

it also recommended the most important things : - encourage university students to exercise voluntary work through the allocation of activities and projects to serve the community.

-awareness of the importance of university students to participate in volunteer work through seminars, lectures and cultural programs foreign lessons.

-adopt universities and higher education institutions in the Arab countries to volunteer in their systems project, and develop educational policies that serve this side, but you should take it upon themselves to apply and activate the project.
