Late last century, the world has serious environmental degradation due to irrational economic activities led to ecological imbalance and then occurrence of the phenomenon of climate change, which has become a real threat to national security of Arab countries being the most affected by the phenomenon, because of the economic modes concentrated on the high use of fossil energy.

therefore we will diagnose the environmental situation in the Arab region focusing on the Algerian state in order to various threats expected as a result of climate change, and then propose the necessary measure to contain the phenomenon and reduce their impact.
