Abstract EN

This research is interested in the study of the impact of integrated management of water resources on water security, as seen by workers in the Directorate of water resources of Tebessa, this study followed comprehensive survey method, using (SPSS.20) program to analyze data statistically extracted from the members of the study population that are 53 workers, the results of the study indicated that the members of the study are from the point of view neutral towards the fact of the applying the integrated management of water resources in Tebessa, as they are neutral towards achieving water security, the study findings concluded that there is a positive direct relation between the fact of applying the integrated management of water resources, and the fact of achieving water security in of a positive direct correlation between the reality of the application of integrated water resources management and the reality of achieving water security in Tebessa.

The study results has recommended the need to modernize and develop water policies and strategies to preserve the rights of future generations and for the protection of water resources and the rationalization of existing water resources to achieve water security for current and future generations.
