We aim through our article to examine organizational loyalty through field study in Algerian universities (University of Annaba these), depending on the form that was distributed to (40) Professor of law sections and section Arabic language and literature, and after analyzing the results reached a number of conclusions that there is no relationship between Professor loyalty function and by sex and age walakdmh work and scientific degree, Medium level of loyalty for the Professor, and that due to lack of partial hypotheses and conclude that the demographic variables does not affect the loyalty of University Professor.
