The expand of electronic publishing impose new variants on the media scene, as it breake what it was characterized by traditional media, especially when we talk about regulatory controls and conditions for the profession of journalism, and this changed not only the nature and roles of elements of the media process, like the emergence of interactivity of receiver, which in turn became the transmitter, but it produced difficulty in issuing laws regulating journalistic work in the electronic environment, in parallel with the decline in the role of censorship, and all that of course affects the ethics of media.
