Arbitration agreement in public deal takes the form of arbitration clause or compromise.

the legal character of this agreement is a matter of cont rovers.

according to some jurists, such an agreement has a contractual character, and thus is regarded as an independent contract.

others regard it as having a judicial aspect.

as far as administrative contract in which the state uses public authority privileges.

this rises the question to what extent arbitration agreement is independent from the public deal and to what extent such an agreement may affect the public authority privileges of the state.
