Abstract EN

Each political system democracy is measured by the extent to which human rights are observed by such system.

consequently, various government administration agencies are working to establish guaranties which are necessary for the protection of fundamental rights and freedoms, in compliance with the concepts of international treaties and agreements.

consequently, Arabic Maghreb countries has consecrated legal guaranties ensuring effective protection of human rights, together with their implied principles and mechanisms protecting and strengthening them, mainly that countries subject of our study has witnessed, during the last years, many essential constitutional amendments to convoy new international events.
