Abstract EN

The issue of development and diversification of non-oil exports is very important in the Algerian economy because it aims to reduce the size of external shocks resulting from fluctuations in oil prices and attempts to take advantage of business orpportunities available in the international markets.

however, the state of these exports is faced by a number of difficulties and sevral properties that weaken their capabilities and competive characterestics in international markets, and this situation calls to think seriously about the establishement of an export economy and non- traditional by implementing policies and strategies as integrated foundation of any sustainable development process.
