Abstract EN

The current study focuses on the quality of family life in general, and the most important factors affecting it for the adolescent in particular, considering it as one of the basic requirements at the present times for psychological health, because the family is the social medium in which the adolescent is brought, and in which he receives the principles and social values that guide his behavior in society, for it conveys the values, methods and beliefs of society, allowing them to enjoy good care and responsibility.

The quality of family life is an important factor in understanding the life of the individual and the adolescent in particular being the basis for knowing the quality of the individual in his life, and knowing the most important factors affecting the life of the adolescent, because the quality of family life is the main gate of understanding society.

Understanding it is the key aspect to improve the family life on one hand and the adolescent’s life within that family on the other, as well as the positive change in society, which cannot put sound social policies only through the basis of knowing what the family can actually achieve.
