The Arab Charter of Human Rights (2004) is the basis of the Arabic regional system of human rights.
This article examines the Charter by a descriptive and critic study in order to discover its strengths as well as the weak points; this can help to improve the Arabic regional system of human rights, in order to become as effective as the other regional systems.
