Abstract EN

It is obvious that all economies of the world, including, Algeria interested in small and medium enterprises (SMEs); given the important role they play in the development of their economies; but, given the flexibility and adaptability in the market; not to mention that it is a very effective way to create new jobs.

Why public authorities in Algeria, like other world countries have given considerable attention to these companies, in order to continue the one hand, current economic transformations and the other side, to meet the financial conditions and modalities of financing the European partner and therefore be worthy of national and international competition.

So, while working with the European Union, national and international upgrade programs have been adopted to improve the quality of investment and modernization of these companies.
